Google Cloud releases beta version of Managed Service for Microsoft Active Directory. The move is intended to help admins manage AD-dependent workloads in the cloud. The idea is to make it easier for admins to handle AD workloads, automate AD server maintenance and security configuration. Google Cloud’s service runs real AD Domain Controllers so admins can use standard AD features such as Group Policy, as well as Remote Server Administration Tools and other tools to manage the domain.
