Gmails new Confidential Mode wont be completely private

Gmail and G Suite users will be able to set a ‘confidential’ email expiration date. The ‘self-destructing’ email feature is similar to that offered by ProtonMail and Dmail. The sender has to decide in advance that the email is to be confidential. But there is nothing to stop the recipient from taking a screengrab of the emails contents before it expires. The idea has been lurking on the fringes for some years but could still be a big moment for an idea.”]
