German Court Lifts Order Limiting Facebook Data Aggregating

German court suspends order barring Facebook from aggregating data from other services and sources. Federal Cartel Office found in February that Facebooks data collection puts competitors at a disadvantage. Facebook says it disagrees with the findings and will appeal to the Federal Court of Justice.
