He led the company’s growth from $60 million to $1.3 billion in revenue, resulting in the company becoming a world-leading provider of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Prior to OpenText, Shackleton held several executive-level positions at well-recognized technology companies including Oracle, Sybase and Platinum Technology.
