French IT services firm Sopra Steria confirms it was hit with a variant of the Ryuk ransomware strain on Oct. 20. There is no evidence any customer or company data has leaked or that there has been any damage to any customers systems that the company manages. The company says its continuing to investigate the incident, but is offering few details.
