Fraudulent eBay Cookie-Code Stuffer Busted

A report on the underground economy finds that malicious actors are offering cloud-based troves of stolen data, accessible with handy tools to slice and dice what s on offer. Federal authorities are charging a Las Vegas man with defrauding himself and others while using the stolen data to make a profit from the proceeds of the sale of stolen goods. The report also finds that hackers are using stolen information to make money through the darknet and sell it to the public without knowing where it is going to be.
