The National Security Council is trying to create a new system of electronic payment systems. The new system will be called NSTIC. The system would allow people to pay for their goods and services to be delivered via e-mail, not paper money. The plan is to use the system to make it easier to make payments easier to send to people in the U.S. through the Internet.
