Food Stamps as Model for NSTIC

The National Security Council is trying to create a new system of electronic payment systems. The new system will be called NSTIC. The system would allow people to pay for their goods and services to be delivered via e-mail, not paper money. The plan is to use the system to make it easier to make payments easier to send to people in the U.S. through the Internet. The program is being developed by the National Statistical Statistical Service of the National Institute of Technology (NSTIC)”]
