Firefox 72 Out With Fingerprinter Blocking, Hidden Notification Prompts

Mozilla has officially released Firefox 72 for Windows, Mac, and Linux users. With it comes hidden browser notification prompts and fingerprinter blocking enabled by default in Enhanced Tracking Protection. The other development branches of Firefox have also moved up a version. This brings Firefox Beta to version 73 and the Nightly builds to version 74. With the release of Firefox 72, Mozilla will no longer show browser notification subscription prompts and will instead display a small chat bubble in the address bar to indicate that the site is offering browser subscriptions.
