Feds Charge Wall Street Traders With Code Theft

Three men have been charged with stealing proprietary information from Amsterdam-based trading house Flow Traders. The three men, in their 20s, were arrested earlier this month and arraigned in New York state court. One of the men is accused of emailing source code to himself; another faces charges of duplicating computer-related material and unauthorized use of secret scientific material. The men are due back in court on November 18; even if convicted of all the charges, they face — at most — four years in prison.”]
