Lin Mun Poo, a 32-year-old resident and citizen of Malaysia, is indicted on charges of hacking into the Federal Reserve Bank and possessing more than 400,000 stolen credit and debit card numbers. Secret Service agents arrested Poo on Oct. 21 — he’s been in custody since — not long after he first arrived at John F. Kennedy International Airport.
