Facebook slammed with maximum possible fine under U.K. law for “very serious data incident” Facebook exposed 87 million Facebook users’ personal details. Information Commissioner’s Office announced the 500,000 ($645,000) fine on Wednesday. Investigation found that Facebook violated the country’s rules on processing personal data.
