Facebook is suing two Ukrainian men who used quiz apps and malicious browser extensions to scoop up data from 63,000 Facebook users. Facebook says the men tricked users into downloading malicious apps that used the login with Facebook s feature. The apps collected information including names, gender, age range, profile pictures and lists of friends. In total, the two men caused over $75,000 in damages to Facebook, according to the lawsuit. Facebook did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Threatpost.
