Incident Response team’s average response time to clients was 15.4 minutes. Some incidents can last several weeks or even months, increasing an attack’s impact and mitigation costs. Forrester: Inadequate breach response can lead to financial, operational, and reputational losses from different stakeholders, including authorities.
