The Transportation Security Administration posted an improperly redacted document on the Internet. The TSA put five people on administrative leave, but I see little reason to punish those individuals. The Department of Homeland Security as a whole, not the individual employees, says Ira Winkler. Winkler: TSA, all organizations for that matter, should have a final release authority that looks for exactly this sort of thing before posting any data to the Internet.
