Equifax rival TransUnion also sends site visitors to malicious pages

A security researcher says a TransUnion site in Central America is redirecting visitors to fake Flash updates. Equifax officials say the problem was the result of a third-party service Equifax was using to collect website-performance data. The credit-reporting behemoth has since restored the site after removing the malicious content. Both sites have hosted fireclick.js, a JavaScript file that appears to invoke the service serving the malicious. When clicked, the files infected computers with adware that was detected by only three of 65 antivirus providers.”]
