Dutch Police Arrest Two Hackers Tied to “Fraud Family” Cybercrime Ring

Two Dutch cybercriminals involved in “Fraud-as-a-Service” phishing operation. The group is believed to be active since at least 2020. The frameworks come with phishing kits, tools designed to steal information, and web panels. The attacks primarily targeted users in the Netherlands and Belgium. A 15-year-old boy has been released from custody pending further investigation, Dutch police say, but the group has been dubbed Fraud Family by cybersecurity firm Group-IB Europe.
