Dunn, Others to Face Charges in HP Case

Patricia Dunn, former chairwoman at Hewlett-Packard, will face felony charges, along with four other individuals, in relation to the companys investigation into the source of sensitive company information leaked to media outlets. California Attorney General Bill Lockyer is expected to hand down indictments to the five individuals today. The charges are a result of HP’s now widely publicized probe into its own board of director to determine if the leaked information originated from a member of the board of directors.”]
