Dridex Malware Campaign Disrupted

The Dridex banking malware has been tied to at least $40 million in losses worldwide. The U.S. Department of Justice also reports that a suspected ringleader has been arrested in Cyprus. The malware, also known as Bugat and Cridex, can spread using peer-to-peer techniques and is designed to steal online banking credentials.
