The Vendetta Brothers are using relatively sophisticated business practices to evade prosecution and diversify their product supply. The two criminals behind the operation are based in Spain and Eastern Europe. They are using intermediaries to shield themselves from investigators, FireEye says. They recruit potential suppliers by splitting profits, and use spamming services to send malware-ridden phishing emails.
