Did the NSA and GCHQ hack this cryptography professors PC?

Belgian cryptographer Jean-Jacques Quisquater’s computer may have been hacked by the U.S. National Security Agency or Britain’s GCHQ. The expert’s computer was infected by a variant of the MiniDuke malware, which has been linked to GCHQ’s successful infection with spyware of Belgiums leading telecoms company, Belgacom.
