Hacktivist group known as European Cyber Army said Jan. 28 that it had waged targeted attacks against Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase. The attacks apparently occurred from about 10:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m., says one DDoS-tracking source, who requested anonymity.
