DarkSide Ransomware gang says it’s shut down its ransomware-as-a-service operation after losing access to part of its infrastructure. The gang behind DarkSide ransomware was used in the attack against Colonial Pipeline Co. The research firm Elliptic says it recently received a $5 million ransom from Colonial Pipeline.
