CryptXXX ransomware steals bitcoins and data from infected PCs

Ransomware named CryptXXX encrypts files, steals bitcoins and other data from infected PCs. It asks for US $500 in payment and asks for victims to pay up to $1,000. Researchers believe it was developed by the team behind Bedep and Angler. The ransom demand will double in value if the victim fails to pay within a few days of infection. The ransomware is not only encrypting files locally and on all mounted drives, it’s stealing Bitcoins and a large range of other data.”]
