Critical Citrix ShareFile bugs could give access to private files

Citrix has fixed three security flaws in multiple versions of ShareFile storage zone controllers that could be exploited without authentication for access to private data areas. The flaws are identified as CVE-2020-7473, CVE- 2020-8982, and CVE-20983. Citrix customers that have storage zones managed by Citrix do not need to do a thing. A simple tool that checks if a ShareFile server is vulnerable is available on GitHub from Dimitri van de Giessen, an ethical hacker and system engineer.
