Cloud-security provider Zscaler announces it has received $38 million in venture-capital funding. Lightspeed Ventures is a strategic investor in the round, but not the other venture capital partners. CEO Jay Chaudhry says the move is to expand the company’s sales and marketing and further develop its cloud security offerings.
