The CIS Community Defense Model (CDM) is set to go live in a few months. The new and improved CIS CDM v2.0 plays off of the foundational principles that made v1.0 so great! The first version leveraged two well-known industry resources ‘ the 2019 Verizon Data Breach Investigations Report (DBIR) and MITRE ATT&CK (Adversarial Tactics, Techniques, and Common Knowledge) Framework v6.3 ‘ the updated version uses those sources.
