Chinese APT 31, a China-linked hacking group, is targeting French organizations by exploiting home and office routers in an espionage campaign. The group also has hit high-tech, construction and engineering, telecommunications, media and insurance firms. APT31 is known for attacks on government, international financial, aerospace and defense organizations.
