Businessmen on Cyber Crimes Charges to Return to Court in March

Courtney Wilkinson has been charged with breaches of the Cyber Crime Act. Two other businessmen, John Levy and Winston Henry, have also been charged along with Wilkinson. The charges stem from allegations Wilkinson, Levy and Henry colluded to unauthorised access to emails belonging to at least three senior members of energy company, West Indies Petroleum Limited, WIPL. Both men were removed as directors of the energy company approximately a year ago. Levy and his wife Donna are also before the Court facing fraud charges.
