Blender website in maintenance mode after hacking attempt

Blender.org, the official website of the popular 3D computer graphics software Blender, is now in maintenance mode. The official Blender account on Twitter said earlier today that “the website will be back as soon as possible”” Blender said that checksums for all files available for download have been verified and are considered safe to download. The Blender Cloud web-based service for accessing Blender training videos hosted at cloud.blender.com was also unaffected during the attack since the attack only impacted the website’s www sub domain.”
