Black Hat USA will host an entire day dedicated to the executive level. The event has remained largely a hacker fest, but the hacking scene has grown more corporate in the past decade. New Black Hat General Manager Trey Ford wants to bridge the gap between hacking and executive level events. One of the main goals is to present information in a language executives can more easily digest, Ford says. The start of the executive briefings actually pre-dates Ford, who only recently took over as general manager.
