Black Basta Claims Responsibility for AGCO Attack

Ransomware gang Black Basta has claimed responsibility for an online attack against U.S. agricultural equipment company AGCO Corp. AGCO confirmed employee data had been exfiltrated. AGCO was attacked on May 5, 2022; AGCO says most of its facilities have resumed production. The company declined to comment on the veracity of the data on the threat group’s leak site.
