Frenchman Gal Vallerius is accused of operating a darknet marketplace called Dream Market. He was arrested in Atlanta, Georgia, while en route from his home in France to compete in the World Beard and Moustache Championships in Texas. The DEA says it found $500,000 worth of bitcoins and a PGP encryption key used by the Dream Market vendor called OxyMonster.
