Bar wants NIDS law to spell out who gets access to information

Carlene Larmond, a member of the committee, said that the current NIDS Bill indicates that there would be disclosure to an officer of a particular rank, but it was not clear whether the information would only be accessible to the individual to whom it was disclosed.
