Banks Skeptical About DDoS Cease-Fire

Hacktivists have taken credit for DDoS attacks on U.S. banking institutions since mid-September. Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Cyber Fighters announced Jan. 29 that it was suspending its second DDoS campaign.
