U.S. banks and financial services institutions have seen their website downtime double, compared to just one year ago. The finding comes via Keynote, which monitors sites with the country’s top 15 banks. The attacks are being waged under the “Operation Ababil” banner by the self-described Muslim hacktivist band calling itself the al-Qassam Cyber Fighters. House Intelligence Committee chair Rep.
