The three new board members will serve on various committees at the company, including as Chair of the Compensation Committee and Audit Committee. The company is currently on the boards of Principal Financial Group, Interpublic Group, and most recently, Arlo Technologies, in roles including Chair of Finance Committee, Compensation Committee, and Nominating and Governance Committee.
