Babar and Casper, two Malware likely designed by the French Intelligence

A new strain of malware, dubbed Casper, is a spyware designed to track Internet users for surveillance purpose. Casper was hosted on a hacked Syrian government website in April of last year. Experts say Casper is just the latest tool in order of time to be linked to the Animal Farm group. Experts believe Casper requested a significant effort for its development in term of resource and financial investment, a prerogative of Government-built malware, a report published by Motherboard says. The name Babar is reported in one of the documents leaked by NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden.”]
