Apple introduces two-factor verification for Apple IDs

Apple has finally started offering two-factor authentication (2FA) for Apple ID users. An attack on Mat Honans account led to his digital life being laid waste by an internet neer-do-well. Apple has gone an extra mile, making 2FA available to some users in the US, the UK, Australia, Ireland, or New Zealand.
