PC containing personal information of up to 36,000 U.S. military veterans has gone missing from VA subcontractor Unisys. PC may have contained VA patients names, addresses, Social Security numbers, dates of birth and dates of military service. VA believes the missing personal records belong to people who received treatment at VAs two Pennsylvania medical centers during the past four years.
