Another data loss scandal strikes Germany

Box containing microfilm containing credit card details ripped open in German newspapers. Details of people’s bank accounts, credit cards and PIN numbers were sent to journalists. The data had been stolen from Landesbank Berlin, the countrys largest credit card issuer, meaning that customers with institutions up and down Germany had been affected.
