Alleged Shadowcrew member extradited to the U.S. nine years after forum takedown

Aleksi Kolarov, 30, was arrested in Paraguay in June 2011 and extradited to the U.S. from Paraguay. He is one of 19 people indicted for their roles in the operation of Shadowcrew, a large cybercrime forum that was dismantled in 2004. He faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison on conspiracy, 15 years on identification documents count and 10 years on access device count. He could also receive a maximum $250,000 fine on each count.”]
