Apple usually has very good customer service, but they really dropped the ball on my AppleCare issue. I had over a year’s worth of policy left on my old Mac, but it’s suddenly “worth” $0.00 for transfer. Plus, they didn’t notify me at all that I would get nothing, and waited for me to get curious about my refund check and call them about it. I escalated it several times, and it was like pulling teeth, everyone said “I understand how you feel, but we can’t help you””]
