The Air Force Cyber Command is headed by Major General William T. Lord. The Army and the NSA are also fighting to get the top spot in the Department of Defense. The Cyber Command aims to be fully operational in 2009. It may be that since they own the skies and the Intarwebs is all wireless now, they are in a better position to tackle cyber-attacks coming from the Bad Guys.
