The US will strike back China in response to the recent wave of cyber attacks against Government offices, including the Office of Personnel Management. Elsio Pinto believes that the Information warfare between the two most powerful countries in the world is already happening. The real question is if the US, will target China and try to steal (and maybe leak) information from Chinese major entities, as it was done with the OPM hack. In the past this was already done, in 2014 five Chinese spies were formally accused of stealing data from American companies, but because none of them will be prosecuted and sentenced.”]
