Aerojet Rocketdyne will pay $9 million to settle a lawsuit from a former executive who accused the U.S. rocket engine manufacturer of shirking its cybersecurity responsibilities. The lawsuit made it all the way to trial earlier this year, but the parties reached a settlement during the second day of proceedings. The company is not admitting guilt as part of the settlement. Last year, it obtained nearly $2.2 billion in revenue from supplying military services, NASA and the Missile Defense Agency.”]
