ADP Acknowledges System Intrusion, Says One Client Hit

Automatic Data Processing (ADP) says it has suffered a system intrusion that it believes has impacted only one client. ADP says the intrusion occurred on a non-payroll legacy platform that is no longer sold by ADP’s benefits administration business. The Roseland, N.J. firm, known primarily for its payroll-processing business, says it does not believe any payroll systems were impacted by the intrusion.
