Adobe Systems will pay a $1 million settlement to 15 states for its 2013 data breach. The settlement works out to be less than $2 per victim. Adobe disclosed a series of data breaches in October 2013. The full stolen data, a 3.8GB file, contained 153 million accounts. The stolen data included names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and encrypted payment card numbers. The money will be split among the victims depending on the number of victims who reside in each state.”]
