Australian Delivery Firm Confirms Ransomware Attack

Australian delivery firm Toll Group confirms it sustained a ransomware attack earlier this month. Toll Group shut down several systems, including customer-facing applications, as a precautionary measure. Ransomware-as-a-service variants have been used over the last year to target large and small businesses. The company, owned by Japan Post, has operations in over 50 countries and about 40,000 employees worldwide. Some customers are experiencing delays or disruption, but Toll Group says no personal data has been compromised.”]
