Website Vulnerabilities Are Everywhere, and They’re Taking Too Long to Get Fixed

56 percent of online properties studied contained multiple website vulnerabilities, according to WhiteHat Security. Public administration organizations were the No. 1 most vulnerable market, even though it could be argued they are dealing with extremely sensitive citizen information. Retail organizations ranked second-worst in the number of vulnerabilities, despite the awareness that followed major security breaches at Home Depot and Target.
