62,000 Microsoft Exchange Servers potentially left unpatched, weeks after software bugs were first uncovered

The CyberNews investigation team found 62,174 potentially vulnerable unpatched Microsoft Exchange Servers. The vulnerability is still being actively exploited, most famously by the China-linked malicious actors. Microsoft detected multiple 0-day exploits being used to attack on-premises versions of Microsoft Exchange Server. More than 120,000 entities in the US alone were found vulnerable when the software bugs were first uncovered. There are now less than 10,000 vulnerable systems in the U.S. and worldwide.”]
